Reseller Hosting with End User Support

Our new Reseller Hosting plans now come with an End-User-Support option. This means that we will handle your customer's technical support needs for you and your clients anonymously.
How does End User Support work?
Brilliantly! Your customer sends an email to support@yourdomain.com (or whichever address you choose). This email is then forwarded to our staff.  Our staff then replies to this ticket from support@yourdomain.com .  In other words it will appear to your customers that you have your own staff in place handling your technical support issues.
NEW - Can you support my clients from my helpdesk?
In a word, YES! Our Inferno 2 and higher plans we now offer Free End User Support via your helpdesk (typically the WHMCS helpdesk) 
Is this service Anonymous? 
Absolutely! We make every endeavor to appear as your staff and answer with a signature designated by you.
How much does End User Support cost?
This is a free "Value Added Product" with our new line of reseller accounts. We do charge a one time $10.00 setup fee to setup the backend.
