Dear customer,

Due to a recently detected security issue, as a precaution we’ve decided to migrate your cPanel accounts to a new shared server in a different location.

While we want to avoid all possible inconveniences to you, our technicians have deemed this migration necessary. A recently discovered cPanel exploit has made the current server vulnerable and we believe it is best to migrate you to a new, secured server as soon as possible.

The new server runs on brand-new hardware, with faster processors and solid-state storage drives. In addition to being secured, you will also be receiving performance benefits in the new server.

As part of this migration, the IP address associated with your hosting account will change. If you’re currently using our nameservers, DNS records will be changed automatically during the migration.

If you’re using custom nameservers or services like Cloudflare, please note that your account IP will change to the following:

The migration will be conducted in the next 24-48 hours. We have a team from cPanel assisting us in this process.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you for your understanding and for being a valued customer.
